Who is Fenwick & the Futures?
I am just a simple man trying to make my way in the Universe. :)
I am a stay-at-home dad with an incredibly supportive spouse (Sarah, keys/vocals), and an immensely talented brother (Sam, drums).
Life for me is a mission of self-discovery.
Music is the fuel…

Derived from Olde English:

& “wic” (landing place)
The futures are you and I.
Within the vast Universe, Earth is our small water meadow planet, and we’ve temporarily landed here to discover our future selves.

What is this adventure?
While you wait for us to send you a free copy of our new Mind Cycles EP on CD, you’ll dive into a musical story thru space and time accompanied by our music!
Over the course of a week we’ll send you 5 different parts of a cosmic choose-your-own path story sent via email transmissions.
At the end of each part you will discover a hidden song lore page which could be from any of our past releases, from Mind Cycles, or older!
Your song lore page result will depend on your choices made along the way in your story.
Each song lore page contains bonus content on how that song was made, and will include lyrics plus extra musical video footage not available publicly.
At the end of your story there’s even a SECRET song if you can decipher the password from your story AND you can re-take the experience (also free) as many times as you want as your alternate self to render even MORE undiscovered song lore pages. :)
So like… why though?
As a full-time television composer/songwriter over the last decade, I have created SO much music that it can be kind of daunting for someone just discovering our stuff or even someone who has been following us for a while to really know where to start listening..
Creating a choose-your-own path method not only allows us to guide you in the right direction based on your own choices, but also hopefully makes it a little more entertaining and thought-provoking along the way. :)
These songs really mean a lot to me so if you've connected with any of our stuff so far, we'd love to share more of the guts and meanings behind them as well as allow you to create your own.

Q: How is the Shadow/Light Adventure sent to me?
A: Your Shadow/Light choose-your-own path story will be delivered in 5 separate emails over the course of a week. Each email will click out to our website where each Part of your choose-your-own path story and song lore music content pages can be explored.
Q: Will the free CD include the song I heard from your ad(s)?
A: Yes! Chances are you discovered us thru one of our videos of the following songs:

“Worst of Me, Best of You”
ALL of which are on the free Mind Cycles CD!
Q: How much does this all cost?
A: The Shadow/Light adventure is completely FREE. Just enter your email on the next page. From there we’ll begin sending you everything.
Our Mind Cycles CD which comes with the adventure is also free. We’ve set the pay-what-you-want field to $0 for a limited time, just cover the postage and it’s yours! There are additional CDs available of our older material which will be offered at checkout at extreme discounts from what’s they’re regularly listed at so don’t miss out on those one-time offers too. :)
